New Website

With the updates on the current website being technically too difficult we have decided to start afresh  with a new one,The address has been transferred but will take up to ten days to transfer completely.
Until then I will keep the blog updated.
For anyone needing a permit application you can download one from the website until the change over when the site will close down while the new one is being prepared or email me here and I will forward one on to you.

Spring Clean

A few of the guys in river management were out on Sunday having a up down at the Flats.
We managed to clear most of the debris away to leave a safer wade for everyone.

We have just heard the good news that a 14 lb Sea Liced fish has been landed in the bridge pool this morning on the fly

Fish on Fish off

Spring Morning At Sovereign Gait

Member Ian Hogg hooked a twelve pound Springer this morning on a spinner.
Unfortunately it came off at the net,the fish was a bar of silver and covered in Sea Lice.
Next time Ian.

We have also heard a report of a two pound Sea Trout being caught also on a spinner.
