Opening Day 2014

It was a wet and cold start for us at Carmyle this morning but it didn't stop forty eight hardy people joining us for official opening of the season.
In the club house for a coffee and rolls before we set off

Secretary and piper John let the march to the river bank

Special guest Mr Paul Young wishing us all the best for the season

Thanks to everyone for turning up on such a damp morning, making it a success and putting their hand in their pockets to raise £75 in donations for our chosen charity this year which is MacMillan Clinical Nurses.
We also managed to sell £95 in raffle tickets of which a percentage will go to the charity also
We would also like to thank The Carmyle Bowling club for the use of their facilities again,we really do appreciate it.
And we would like to welcome two members to MCAA
And not forgetting, Thanks to Paul for his help.
