 We would like to thank everyone who came along and supported us on  our opening day

 A big special thanks to Paul Young for attending and toasting the start of a new season on the river,and having the first cast for us. Thanks Paul

Thanks to Alan and Alan for the catering keeping the hot food and drinks coming

People met and talked and as i know many an old friendship was rekindled  , as well as new ones made
 unfortunatley the river wasn't in the best condition for fishing so nothing to report on that .
 Last but not least David and Mary who along with David Turner the local councillor for Broomhouse came down with the kids from our fly tying and fishing project ,many thanks to them for there constant work and help in achieving the goals to get the kids tying and fishing they are after all hopefully our up and coming anglers and guardians of our fishings in the future
